LITTLE BELLIES MOTHER’S DAY LITTLE MOMENTS, BIG FEELINGS COMPETITION – OFFICIAL RULES
Participation in this promotion (the “Competition”) is subject to and governed by these Official Rules (the “Official Rules”). By entering the Competition as set forth below, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules, as well as Every Bite Counts Pty Ltd’s and Every Bite Counts USA Inc.’s Privacy Policies. All applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
PROMOTER
The promoter is Every Bite Counts Pty Ltd, trading as Little Bellies (ABN 72 112 282 256), Unit 6.03, 59–75 Grafton Street, Bondi Junction, NSW 2022, Australia.
ELIGIBILITY
As of the date of entry, participants must:
- be eighteen (18) years of age or older; and
- have at least one (1) child; and
- be legal residents of Australia, New Zealand, the United States, or Canada (excluding Quebec) (“Eligible Participant”).
Employees of Every Bite Counts Pty Ltd, Every Bite Counts USA Inc., Panasonic Australia Ltd, their affiliated companies, agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate. Every Bite Counts Pty Ltd and Every Bite Counts USA Inc. reserve the right to disqualify any entrant if they have reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached these Official Rules or any applicable terms and conditions or privacy policies.
HOW TO ENTER
This Mother’s Day, we are celebrating mums and all the ways in which they show up. As we spotlight the little moments and big feelings of motherhood, we are inviting mothers to submit their little moment for a chance to win one of four (4) LUMIX S9 cameras valued at AUD$3,299 (Equivalent value will vary by region).
Australia prize pool AUD$3,299, New Zealand prize pool AUD$3,299, United States prize pool AUD$3,299 and Canada (excluding Quebec) prize pool AUD$3,299. The total prize pool for the promotion is AUD$13,196.00.
To participate, Eligible Participants must submit a video or photograph with a short written (150-250 characters) explanation of their little moment of motherhood via the official online entry form (littlebellies.com/little-moments) provided in Little Bellies’ promotional materials (promoter’s social media websites, littlebellies.com) during the Entry Period. Entrants must also follow Little Bellies, Panasonic AU and Panasonic Global Instagram accounts.
- This is a game of skill. Judging will be based on the little moment of motherhood which depicts the most meaningful, honest and realistic “little moment” between mothers and their children as featured in the promotional materials.
- Entries must be in English and may not contain offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language.
- Eligible Participants may submit only one (1) entry.
- Entrants warrant that their submission is their own original work and does not infringe the rights (including intellectual property rights) of any third party.
- By entering, Entrants agree that their submitted photo or video may be used as part of the Little Bellies Little Moments Campaign.
Entry Period:
Opens 10:00 AM AEST 10 April 2026 and closes 11:59 PM AEST 23 April 2026 (“Entry Period”).
All dates and times are Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) or Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT), as applicable. Entries received after the closing time in AEST/AEDT will not be accepted, regardless of the entrant’s local time zone.
DETERMINATION OF WINNERS
All entries will be reviewed and shortlisted by the Every Bite Counts team, commencing at 10 AM AEST on 24 April 2026 at Unit 6.03, 59-75 Grafton St, Bondi Junction, Australia.
The judges will select the top 5 entries in order of ranking from first (winner) to fourth reserve winner for each country. Winning entries will be validated. In the event the winner is ineligible, the prize will be awarded to the first reserve winner. There will be four (4) winners; one (1) from each eligible country. Winners will be notified in writing via the contact details provided at entry by 8 May 2026.
Winner announcement and publication:
- The four (4) winners will be announced: via promoter’s social media websites and littlebellies.com on 8 May 2026.
- The winners of the competition will be announced via the promoter’s social media websites and littlebellies.com by 8 May 2026, and the winners will be notified in writing directly via the contact details provided at entry by 8 May 2026. The winners must respond within seven (7) days of notification or will forfeit the prize, in which case the promoter will award the prize to the next reserve winner from that country.
PRIZE DETAILS
Four (4) winners will receive a LUMIX S9 camera, sent to their preferred address within their country of residence at the time of entry. Prize will be posted to the winners, within 30 days of prize acceptance. Winners can select the colour of their LUMIX S9 camera, subject to availability.
Any taxes, fees, or other charges applicable to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
- By entering, participants agree to be added to the Little Bellies and Panasonic Australia email list and may receive future communications from Every Bite Counts Pty Ltd, Every Bite Counts USA Inc and Panasonic Australia Pty Ltd. You may unsubscribe at any time.
- By entering, you grant Every Bite Counts Pty Ltd and Every Bite Counts USA Inc. an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, and display your submitted name(s), along with your first name and country, for marketing, promotional, and other commercial purposes, without further compensation or approval for the duration of this campaign only.
- The Competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Meta, Google, or any other third-party platform.
- Proof of entry does not constitute proof of receipt.
- Every Bite Counts Pty Ltd and Every Bite Counts USA Inc. reserve the right to cancel or modify the Competition at any time without prior notice, including in the event of circumstances beyond their reasonable control (force majeure).
GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Official Rules are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Every Bite Counts Pty Ltd, Every Bite Counts USA Inc., Meta, Google, TikTok and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, and employees from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in this Competition or acceptance, possession, or use of any Prize.
