Simone Emery, OT

Simone is an Occupational Therapist with a special focus on supporting families through fussy eating. Simone is a keen supporter of boosting family confidence and joy at mealtimes. She brings a unique blend of food industry experience and clinical training to her work with families. Simone has a background in nutrition and food manufacturing coupled with a Master’s degree in Food Studies AND a second Masters degree in Occupational Therapy Practice.

Simone currently works clinically as an Occupational Therapist in Melbourne. She supports children with a wide range of developmental needs, from babies to teens. Simone loves exploring the science of childhood development, meeting every child where they are at and getting to know every unique family she meets.  No two days are ever the same!

Simone is a wife and mother of two girls. Her work draws on her everyday experience raising children in conjunction with her clinical background. Simone loves to provide new perspectives and ideas through her writing and work.
