Mandy-Lee Adno, MSPAA, CPSP

Mandy-Lee is a pediatric speech pathologist with over 20 years of experience specializing in pediatric feeding. She has extensive expertise in the assessment and management of infants and children with a wide range of feeding difficulties, including breastfeeding and bottle feeding challenges, introduction to solids, fussy eating, sensory and medically based feeding difficulties, ARFID, and tube weaning.

She graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa, and completed postgraduate training in Pediatric Feeding at the University of Manchester, UK. Mandy-Lee is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist and a registered member of Speech Pathology Australia.

Since moving to Sydney in 2007, Mandy-Lee has worked in the pediatric and neonatal units at Royal North Shore Hospital and has operated her private practice since 2011. She has consulted from The Children’s Clinic in Bondi Junction since 2012 and at Randwick Specialists since 2021.

Mandy-Lee uses a responsive, evidence-based,  neuro-affirming feeding approach that supports children to develop positive relationships while decreasing their anxiety around food resulting in an increase in acceptance of a wider range of foods and  reduction in mealtime stress for families. As a mother of four, she combines extensive clinical expertise with practical, real-world understanding to provide compassionate, family-centred care.
